Using Your Cart and Wish List

  • To save items to your Wish List, you'll need to log in or create an account
  • You'll be prompted to sign in before completing checkout

What's on a Product Page

Each product page includes:

  • Description
  • Demo (audio, video, or both)
  • Pricing
  • Format selection
  • Add to Cart & Wish List options
  • Track list view & export
  • Technical specs

Completing Your Purchase

When you're ready to checkout:

  • Click the Cart icon to review your items
  • Adjust quantities or remove products as needed
  • Proceed to Checkout when you're ready
  • Sign in or create an account
  • Confirm billing and shipping information
  • Select a shipping method (if ordering physical products)
  • Pay via Credit Card or PayPal in a secure checkout environment

Promo Codes & Discounts

  • Promo codes can't be applied to sale items
  • If a code is used during a site-wide sale, pricing may be manually adjusted
  • You'll be notified before your order is processed

Download Instructions

  • Downloadable products are available via the My Download link (top-right)
  • Links remain active for 24 hours

Large Downloads:

If your purchase includes a large library (50GB+), we'll send a separate download link manually during business hours.

Returns, Changes & Support

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled anytime before shipment or download
  • Damaged or defective items? Contact us for a quick replacement
  • Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. ET typically ship the same day
  • Orders after-hours or during holidays may ship the next business day
