The MGM motion picture dynasty includes such classic feature film releases as 2001, Dr. Zhivago, Ben Hur and the Dirty Dozen. The range and depth of MGM’s sound archives has allowed Sound Ideas to pull some classic battle sequences representing Civil War Battle Sounds, Revolutionary Battles, Sci Fi Battles, Western Battles and World War II Battle Sounds – and as for classic cartoon sounds, it’s difficult to come up with a pair of cartoon characters that are more ingrained in our culture than Tom and Jerry.
