We are delighted to introduce the Jaguar XJ220 sound library! This exceptional sound library features high-quality recordings that authentically capture every sound of this rare masterpiece of British engineering.

To achieve this, we strategically fastened eight onboard microphones inside the engine bay and around the exhaust, allowing us to expertly record every turbo flutter and exhaust growl of this 3.5L V6 engine. In order to provide interior perspectives, we placed an Ambeo microphone inside the cabin. Additionally, we positioned external microphones at different perspectives along the track. This enabled us to capture a wide variety of drive-ins, offs, and pass-bys, enriching the overall sound experience. We recorded ambisonic surround files from the interior perspective, perfect for surround and VR applications. Every recorder is timecode-synced for simple DAW session reconstruction, making it incredibly easy to sync every mic perspective from a chosen manoeuvre. We have included ready-made Reaper and Pro Tools sessions with the standard pack.

Delivered uncompressed in 96kHz and 24-bit, the library contains detail, nuance and offers you full creative freedom.
